Who processes your data

Both the accommodation and this website are run by Privát MAKO, Trstené 25, 032 21 Bobrovec, Slovakia. You can reach us at privatmako@privatmako.sk or on +421 903 540 067.

Booking request form

When you send a booking request, we need your name, e-mail address and phone number, your dates, the number of guests and any note you add. We use them only to reply to you and arrange your stay. The data stays in the website's admin area and in our mailbox. We do not pass it on to anyone and we never use it for advertising.

We keep booking requests for up to three years after the stay, so that we can look up who stayed with us. You can ask us at any time to delete your data, to send you a copy of it or to correct it. Just send us an e-mail. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

Cookies

The website itself does not need any tracking cookies. It only stores the following in your browser:

• Your cookie choice – so that we do not ask on every visit. It is kept for one year.
• Dates you have started selecting in the availability calendar – so you do not lose them if you reload the page.

Both are stored only in your browser and we have no access to them.

Google Analytics

If you click “Accept”, Google Analytics 4 is loaded to measure visits. It tells us how many people visited the website and which pages they found interesting. Your IP address is shortened, so we cannot identify you by it. The processor is Google Ireland Limited.

Until you click “Accept”, the website sends nothing to Google and sets no analytics cookies. If you click “Decline”, analytics is not loaded and any older _ga cookies are deleted. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Maps and embedded content

The Surroundings and Contact pages include an embedded Google map. When the page loads, your browser requests the map directly from Google, which sees your IP address. Without the map you could not check the route to us, so we keep it, but we do not add anything to it or use it for tracking.

Server

The website is hosted in the Slovak Republic. The hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, time and page address) for operation and security.
